A new service – Personal Job Alignment

Much stress for senior managers is caused by tensions between a manager’s personal aspirations, the responsibilities of their role and the culture of the organisation.

Let’s face it, people work better, deliver better results, motivate others, frankly just achieve more when they’re not stressed.

The service I provide is to work with top and senior managers to get alignment between these aspirations, responsibilities and culture. This leads to improved satisfaction and performance at work.

Many managers, directors and executives will benefit from the opportunity to talk through how alignment can be achieved and the benefits it will bring to themselves, their colleagues and staff.

This isn’t yet another stress management technique – it’s a wholly different way of achieving alignment aimed at enjoying and flourishing from work rather than just managing the stresses and pains better.
